"Staff are so friendly and helpful. 5 star service. Hotel is a great boutique find and would not hesitate to stay again. Area is a little sketchy but only for a block or so. Didn’t feel unsafe but uncomfortable at times after dark."

"We stayed at the Royal York Fairmont for its location. Coming from Montreal via train to watch a Raptors game. The hotel is across the street from Union station, we were walking distance to everything we wanted, great restaurants, cafes, and sight seeing. "
